The Father John C. Hecht Knights of Columbus Council 13103 (Philo) was recently recognized by the Supreme Council as acheiving the Double Star Council Award.  This is the highest award a council can receive, and is based on the council participating in all areas of membership growth and all types of activities.  This is the first time the council has received the Double Star Award.  Congratulations to all our members who made this award possible!
